Securitize, LG CNS Team Up to Tokenize Assets in South Korea
Securitize and LG CNS are partnering to bring tokenized funds, equities, and stablecoins to South Korean financial institutions.
Securitize, a Miami-based platform for tokenized real-world assets, and LG CNS, a South Korean technology and AI transformation firm, announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding digital asset infrastructure across South Korea's financial sector, the companies said Monday.
The collaboration is set to explore a broad range of tokenized financial instruments, including funds, equities, and stablecoins, with the goal of providing Korean financial institutions with modern digital asset capabilities. The partnership reflects growing institutional interest in blockchain-based securities infrastructure across Asian markets.

The announcement comes as global financial regulators and institutions increasingly examine tokenized securities as a means to improve market efficiency, settlement speed, and asset accessibility.
